Attach2 accelerates delivery to slash downtime
MAINTAINING large parts holdings close to customers has proved to be a boon for Attach2 that focuses on optimising uptime on site so customers can complete projects faster.
The attachments company, which started when excavator business owner Joe Hart became frustrated with long delays in getting new attachments for his machinery, concentrates on customer service by faster delivery times.
Its more responsive service and support for the industry is attributed to keeping a large volume of stock close to customers, allowing Attach2 to pick and ship quicker so operators get back to work as soon as possible.

Attach2 started when its founder, Joe Hart, faced significant delays with new attachments, which took weeks, if not months, to arrive for his new hire machinery.
This dramatically slowed his machines from being hired out and generating income.
Another frequent frustration was the necessity to modify the attachments to fit the machines properly that Mr Hart said led to an industry joke about whether new attachments came with a grinder.
His background in farming and contracting provided the necessary insights to design and build optimal solutions.
So he started designing and making attachments for his own hire fleet and saw this as an opportunity to address a gap in the market.
By holding stock of these attachments, he could immediately dispatch them to his customers, which marked the beginnings of Attach2. Now, Attach2 has grown to be Australasia’s premium excavator attachments company.
It has also led to it enhancing its customer-focused reputation by launching its ‘Enhanced’ three-year warranty that extends coverage to more components and products, particularly hydraulic parts.
The move by Attach2 is a comprehensive update for three years or 3000 hours that is designed by the company to “set out clear expectations and make it easier for customers to understand what is and isn't included and to make any warranty claims.”
Attach2 COO Isaac Hart said that the enhanced warranty comes as part of Attach2’s ongoing commitment to product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Attach2 strongly encourages customers to register their warranty when buying new attachments to speed up service and support in the future.
